Stoops Barbershop has been owned and operated by the Stoops family since 1899. Donald C. Stoops, Jr., the current proprietor, continues to provide the residents of Perry County, Pennsylvania with quality service at a reasonable cost.

The four proprietors of the barbershop have been:

Oscar Stoops (1899-1912)

Calvin B. Stoops (1908-1946)

Donald C. Stoops, Sr. (1924-1993)

Donald C. Stoops, Jr. (1955-present)
